Everything about this experience was great from start to finish. I had unsuccessfully shopped for carpet for over a year. I was struggling with color and pattern choices. I was referred to Dan, the owner, by a friend and he could not have been more helpful. I sent some pictures and explained what I wanted. When I went to the showroom I was shown a couple of options. Thank goodness as the showroom is quite extensive and would have been overwhelming to navigate on my own. Pricing was competitive and the installers were excellent-timely, clean and really hard working. Can’t recommend enough!

We’ve used Dick’s Carpet for several years. They did luxury vinyl in our kitchen several years ago which still looks amazing. They just redid the carpet in all of the bedrooms, hall, and stairs. Shopping at Dick’s is low pressure but informative. We found a beautiful wool carpet that was a good value, the perfect color, and feels great on our feet. Both jobs install has been super easy, fast and held up very well. I will use them again.

I was very pleased with the service from Dick’s Carpets, both at the sales end from Mike and with the installers today. My job involved a small room with heavy furniture and a tight, narrow staircase. The installers were able to move the furniture and replace it when done without any damage to the walls. The installation is flawless, and the room was vacuumed thoroughly when it was completed. The Berber carpet Mike recommended is perfect in the room. Communication was easy throughout the process and Emily went out of her way to schedule the day and time I’d asked for after I changed my mind twice. Highly recommended!
