My first communication with George Dimov was on January 27, 2026. Since then, there has been ongoing confusion regarding required documentation, scheduling, and clarity around who is responsible for preparing my taxes. As of March 20, 2026, I have not received any response addressing my concerns. This lack of communication and proper handling of personal documentation reflects a clear absence of professionalism and consideration, and it does not meet the standard of service I expect. I have spent an excessive amount of time responding to repetitive and disorganized requests, which have been inconsistent and overall sloppy.

I don't ever leave google reviews but feel like I should as a small business owner. Dimov Tax completely mishandled my 2023 and 2024 personal and business tax returns. My taxes had numerous errors including: -Bank transactions from 2022 – April 13th 2023, were not in the financials (any 2022 transactions are dated 01-01-23 in the financials). -None of the assets or leasehold improvements were allocated to the Balance Sheet (my own money was never accounted for). -“Payroll wages and tax to pay” and “Wages to pay” were incorrectly listed on the Balance Sheet. -My 2023 taxes were based on a W2 that did not exist... -Opening Balance Equity is listed on the Balance Sheet – this was incorrect. -The security deposit with the landlord was not listed on the Balance Sheet. -The shareholder contributions and distributions were incorrect. -Multiple distributions and contributions were listed under “payroll expense” on the P&L. -Items were incorrectly allocated on the Profit & Loss Statement. The errors caused significant extra cost and effort. The funny part about this is when I reached back out to them to address the returns they didn't respond for a week until I followed up again and then they blamed me (I am not an accountant!). They sent me a prior email I sent them where I said I believed I may have fixed something-not helpful at all. They said I denied their book keeping services yet they were on the ones who advised me to do the quickbooks on my own (I am not accountant!) and despite this they still had full access to my quickbooks and bank statements-without a single question asked. I'm sure they will blame me again. If you are a small business stay far away from them- they do not ask questions or care about their clients. I found a local accountant who actually asked me questions and actually looked at my accounts and did things properly.
