Horrible experience, didn't tell me price of labor until afterwards, made it seem like it was less, part came in late then rushed me to get bike or threatened with storage fees. even employee said not to come back and he is leaving

Horrible customer service on the phone the gentleman act like he did not understand me and quoted 12,000 for an inner tube if he did not want to provide the price on the phone maybe they're providing different prices for each different customer based on a stereotype

Decent work, shady overcharging to fix their own (admitted) mistake. Roll the dice if you must.

I have had the worst experience with this company they claim to work on older motorcycles for affordable prices but once you're through the door everything goes up. When we were first initially talking it was about $600 in repair. By the end of everything I was over $2,000 and then on top of that the job was done improperly and I got down the road turned at the light and crashed due to a misplaced clutch cable that got pinched by my front end and put my bike into gear instead of releasing while making the turnthe company has denied responsibility for this even though I have photo proof that the clutch cable was placed improper. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKES HERE IF THEY ARE OLDER THEN 2005 OR 2004. No llevé su moto a esta tienda no asen buen trabajo con motos pero te disen que si que todo se puede aser.
