I had a great experience using this service. My hot water heater died on a Friday night. Mikey came over the following day and got me set up with a new heater. He did a great job and stayed late to make sure we had hot water. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Josh was a great service technician that started the visit with clear communication and even notifying us a time of arrival outside of the window provided by the service. He was unable to help troubleshoot with us after hearing our concerns and what we’ve experienced. Josh then went into action doing an examination of our lines and investigating the problem that we brought up and walked us through the video to make sure that we understood what he saw in any possible reasons and solutions. We look forward to working with them in the future after this great first experience!

Discount Plumbing performed a very large sewer lines replacement project at my home. The line were so bad that they had to dig over a 100 feet trench to lay new lines from the house to the city sewer connection. Jose and his crew worked extra hours daily to finish the job as timely as possible. They kept me informed as each stage was completed and what work was to be completed in the next stage. The crew were very professional and polite, and they always cleaned up the work area at end of each day. Also the company is very Veteran friendly and as a 20 year veteran it’s really appreciated. Great company great crew.
