Everyone here was great! Very friendly, helpful, excellent customer service. They ran a bit behind, it’s a Saturday so that’s a given. But they were genuinely apologetic and I was still very satisfied with their customer service. Matthew had helped me along the way. Guy deserves a big raise! Will be back here again for tire service.

This place is super busy, but they seem to operate very efficiently. We had a tire in need of repair for a screw in it and AAA recommended me to take it to a Discount Tire location. We pulled in and could see they were very busy. However Colin came out and checked on the car and got us checked in quickly. He was great, clearly explained the time to get fixed, and we settled in for the wait. The car was actually ready very close to what he predicted! We only had to wait about 1.5 hours. Great service.

Colton was definitely the guy that tire shops need! No pressure, no luring into a high price. He was able to commit into with getting an approval with the manager Mike. Both were very successful on getting a perfect deal for me, especially no in days it’s hard to get through with prices, shutdowns, and even holds on funds. Colton and Mike are Tire employees that every company needs unlike BigOTire. Would definitely come back with no hesitation

These guys are always so good! Isaac checked me out, he was super nice and professional - I watched Serrina do my tires and she was a beast! I watched her be super careful with the bead compound and the torque wrench and everything else and it's just always nice to watch someone who's obviously competent work on your car.
