BEWARE!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM ARTIST! They sell horribly refurbished phones they label as "MINT" condition on the swappa.com website. I received a Galaxy22 phone with an aftermarket screen that was not even an edge screen, that had 2 tiny scratches on it, even though they advertised an edge screen on the pictures on the website. The software was swapped and it would not even connect to any 5G cellular networks. When trying to return the phone they hassled me for over 2 weeks and ended up stealing a 15% RESTOCKING FEE from me because of the above mentioned crap screen that they lied about in the advertising photos, even though I purchased and installed a screen protector to not damage the screen further. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED out of money or a phone!! BEWARE!!

Brought in my 4-yr-old Google Slate tablet I really like, which Google disowned and would not repair its swollen battery, as would not any other electronics repair shop in the Boston area I've contacted. Today, 12/4/2025, I called them to see if they could replace my 1-yr-old replacement battery in my. Pixel Slate, but a person who picked up the phone told me the shop is permanently closed. Too bad, since a phone replacement battery done there is still perfect after 2 yrs , although the tablet one fared worse. Well, they source batteries; they don't make them. D'Mar accepted the job, ordered and replaced the battery in just a few days and communicated clearly through the entire process, also offering a 90-day warranty. The tablet is now working perfectly. Thank you, D'Mar guys; I highly recommend this repair shop!
