I called in the morning to see if they had two tires for my vehicle that I even provided product code for from other Dobbs location. They told me they had my tires. I asked if I needed an appointment and I was told “no, we’re pretty flexible” and to come in. I get there an hour after my call and MY TIRES ARE NOT THERE. They said they are on their way in. I’m standing there with my child and ask if I need to come back or if I need to wait for them to put them on. They told me I can wait. FOUR HOURS TO PUT ON 2 TIRES. HOLY COW HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CHANHE 4???? YALL EVEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK AT THE END IF I WANTED TO DO AN SSA ALIGNMENT WHICH HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MY WHEELS BASED OFF THE RECEPTIONIST I SPOKE WITH. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO DOBBS EVER AGAIN. This was the most disappointing, selfish, money grabbing experience.

Check engine light came on (naturally, at a most inconvenient time) so called Dobb's at 6pm and asked when they could get me in....next day at 8AM but I would have to leave it....did that and was told they'd diagnose the problem that day. Got a call w/in 2 hours w/ a list of what was wrong but said it could be fixed w/in 4 hours.....cost was over $1000.00 but fixed and ready to go by 2PM. So far, everything is great and it drives like a new car. Makes me think that I'll continue to go to Dobbs as my go-to auto repair place for service & peace of mind.

Fair prices, high quality work, but the most impressive part of the appointment was watching your staff professionally deal with customers. Mike was so patient and honest with everyone who walked in the door. I drive 28 minutes for that type of service when I have a vehicle issue. Thank you

I would give zero stars but that’s not an option. Not only did I show up 30 minutes before my appointment, but I called to make sure my tires had arrived that I ordered 5 days before. I spoke with a person and they told me only two of the tires had arrived. I said ok and they proceeded to say they will call me back. I got a call at 1pm saying they have my full order. I get there and gave my keys waited a little bit over 30 minutes to tell me that they had to order lug nuts and that was going to be an extra 245. I said ok and agreed to pay the price. Then 20 minutes later I was told they couldn’t service me because the supplier was closed. The other option was for me to leave my car and I was like no then it was if I could come back the next day at 8am. That was not a good option. I said I can come back around the same time. Nick said that wouldn’t work so we agreed on Saturday morning at 8am. I asked if I could go get the lug nuts and he said no. I asked if I could get the tires because I already paid for them he told me to call Goodyear. I did all that just to find out I had to cancel my order because they couldn’t make the shop give me my tires. So, I canceled my order and the Goodyear people were waiting 4 days for the shop to answer the phone. Lost a great customer and definitely do not recommend this shop. A total waste of time.

My battery died and I got there around 10/10:30, already well into the work day. I asked how long to get my battery tested. Was told the shop was busy and a little behind “but I got you.” Was told I needed a new battery. I asked how long would it take. (Expecting to have to leave it or get pushed back to the next day). Again, the boys are a little behind today but “we should have that battery. If so, I got you.” I should have gotten his name but he was awesome. And my battery was still under warranty so I didn’t have to pay full price for the new one. Double win!!!
