I've been going to this facility for a little over two months now. All the staff are incredibly friendly and supportive. Really?The only issue I have is because there's only three staff working at a time.It can be a little difficult to get that one on one experience, but they're very attentive about working with everyone during their appointments. Parking can also be a bit limited, but they allow you to park behind their building. My final notice would be that it's a bit dusty and could probably use some fans when it gets hotter. Otherwise, i've had an incredible and wonderful experience working with the down phoenix team

I went to downtown physical therapy for a few months, and let me tell you I had an amazing experience. I didn't know what to expect cause I've never had to go to physical therapy before. When I walked in my first day I was treated like family. Steve had my paperwork ready and explained in detail what he and his team were going to do. Everytime I walked in I was greeted by name. Wow! So if you ever need physical therapy and you've tried all the rest, it's now time to try the best. Downtown Physical Therapy. Steve, Johnny and Jose; you won't be disappointed.

These guys are the best! They are knowledgeable, respectful, kind, and fun. I never thought I’d enjoy going to physical therapy but this ended up being something I looked forward to every week. I moved out of state but if I was still in the area, I would definitely keep coming here. Absolutely recommend!
