I did not have a great experience. I called them through my insurance company and they never showed up. I was left sitting on the side of the road for over 2 hours by myself at almost midnight. Very unsafe situation. I’d hate for someone else to find themselves in a similar place. If they can’t be relied upon they should discontinue their service through the insurance companies.

Love the service at Dr Roadside. I found out about the shop through Ahmed, and it has been a pleasant experience since. I was in and out within 20 minutes, and they attended to me immediately. They also offered refreshments while I waited. I will definitely be back!

I can't express how grateful I am for Dr Roadside Assistance Houston's exceptional service! I was stuck with a flat tire on I-45 during Houston's scorching afternoon heat, and they came to my rescue in just 20 minutes. The technician, David, was incredibly professional, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. What impressed me most was their transparent communication - they texted me updates about their arrival time and even sent me the technician's photo ID for security. The tire change was completed quickly and efficiently, and they even checked my other tires' pressure at no extra charge. The pricing was absolutely fair for the quality of service provided, and they accept multiple payment methods which made everything so convenient. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a surprisingly pleasant experience. After seeing their professionalism firsthand, I understand why they're so highly rated in Houston. Dr Roadside Assistance Houston is definitely my go-to for any future car troubles - they truly live up to their name as the doctors of roadside assistance!

Horrible service! Was supposed to be here in the morning, and call before he came and kept sending delay updates for almost 4 hours, we used them through USAA and they called at 4:45, mind you was reported at 10am. We missed call and as they were leaving a message called back and this rude guy says he is rescheduling it for tomorrow since we missed his call, I sure hope yall read this review and beware this customer service is horrible….imagine what they do with your vehicle if they act this way on the phone.
