Daniel was super helpful! He repaired my watch quickly and was very accommodating. He was even able to fix the battery (which I didn’t think was going to happen). The rest of the staff was extremely welcoming and answered any questions I had. Great place 10/10 :)

I couldn't be more impressed with David Yurman or DRS NY. I think my story may impress all readers as well. I was a victim of the Palisades Fire in January. I lost my home and everything in it. I had a DY necklace in my safe along with two rings. I lost all of it. Then some volunteers who came to sift through the debris found my necklace. I am attaching photos of how it looked. I was sure it was destroyed forever. I reached out to DY in NY and they graciously offered for me to send it in and they would look at it. Well when it came back a few weeks later, I wept when I saw it. It looks like new. I had it for 24 years. It's a piece they do not make anymore and it was saved! I am beyond grateful and will remain a loyal customer. This is the kind of customer service rarely seen these days. So I thank DY and I thank DRS NY for the incredible work they did. Forever grateful!

When you send in a nice piece of jewelry for repair you would expect it to come back the way you sent it in or better. Well, to say I was happy is an understatement. DRS made my ring literally brand new again and I could not be more satisfied. Without a doubt where my repairs will go from now. A sincere thank you DRS for true craftsmanship, attention to detail and a job done the way it should be.

Very disappointed!!! I have several David Yurman pieces. Very loyal customer!! I had a lasso chain that needed repair. I was charged to ship to DY which is fair. It took weeks later to find out they send to a jeweler in NYC. I get an email it will cost $180. The necklace was only $330. Going to local repair.

I damaged my David Yurman sculpted cable band ring. I sent it in to this establishment to be repaired. The customer service was incredible from receiving an email that the ring was in their possession, to every step that was taken during the repair and approval process! I even got an email when it was completed and ready to ship. The ring came back even better than before! I am extremely satisfied. Thank you!
