Sarah is the best stylist!! I’ve never been able to get curls the way she does it and it came out PERFECT, even with my straight hair. Definitely will be coming back for her!

Loved Renee! Did a blow out with volume curls for a wedding. I was worried with all the bad reviews, but we started on time and she did exactly what I wanted!

Zin did an amazing job on my difficult dry and kinky hair. Love the drybar exper Except for the chairs!! They are just not comfortable-the back is too far away, making the guest lean back awkwardly!

DO NOT BOOK A BLOWOUT HERE! I repeat: do NOT book an appointment here. Worst blowouts of my life. Tried to give it a chance but after 3 times of requesting curls and coming out with straight hair, I will never be back! It’s sad because had hope for this one, as it’s the only SF location. dry bar is typically consistent across the U.S. I have been to many locations, but I can confidently say this dry bar is the worst one in the U.S.

Seeing other reviewers have the same experience as me is validating - this location needs some serious work on their scheduling. I arrived for my appointment only to be told to wait 30 minutes for my stylist to take a mandatory break, and even after waiting, I wasn’t given my requested stylist. Multiple times I’ve had stylists say to me “I wasn’t even supposed to work today.” They gave me a free add on for the inconvenience, but something definitely needs to change.
