I came with a computer that wasn't booting up anymore and I ended up having the great experience of meeting Omid. When I met him, I knew immediately he was the guy for me. He is one of the nicest and smartest individuals you can possibly meet in this field, I truly cannot recommend him high enough. Every time a problem arose he willingly troubleshot it and fixed it. He even worked with me while I was out of the country during repairs. If you are in the Nashville region and ever run into computer issues, this is the place you want to go! I had a sticky key. He was awesome and explaining everything to me and what my options were and allowed me to watch the whole repair. Not only that he set up a keyboard link on my computer should my key get stuck again. Highly recommend. I had tried two other places and by far this was the best place and most honest and fair priced.

Amazing experience all around! My laptop just turned off so I went to see Omid and he suggested it was most likely a battery issue. He ordered a new battery & installed it and I had my laptop back and working within a couple of days! Omid is a lovely person and great at what he does - definitely recommend seeing him with any computer issues you might have!! Very fair prices as well!
