I brought my Tesla Model 3 here for an inspection as it was nearing the end of its warranty because I had been noticing a frequent clunking noise. The technician took photos of the lower control arms and pointed out cracks but said it was “normal wear and tear” and wouldn’t be covered by Tesla. They quoted me about $4,000 total ($2,000 per side) for the repair. I decided to get a second opinion at the Tesla Service Center on Kato Street. Although the process wasn’t completely straightforward, they ultimately replaced both control arms under warranty at no cost. I’d definitely recommend getting a second opinion if something doesn’t feel right.

Am old customer from Luscious Garage days. Came to new address for the first time for transmission fluid drain and fill and to have brake checked. Extremely happy, will return and surely will recommend to others! Suggested to have additional sign so people do not miss entrance.
