Ymca, is a great option for exercise, their pools and gyms are clean , & you can participate in a workout class or join a basketball or pickle ball game on the courts.

A nice variety of programs, morning, afternoon, and evening, that are age-appropriate. Board and general members are welcoming. Instructors are knowledgeable/involved/attentive. They ensure members are correct in their executions. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and always available for questions.

Great team of people working there. From the front desk, to the Women’s locker room… which is kept nice and clean. I like that the pool schedule has a variety of available options… aquatics or lap swimming. 🏊♀️
