I’ve been training at Eastlake Performance with Paul for some time now, and it’s been amazing. I was looking for strength and mobility training, and their personalized fitness plan really delivered. He really takes the time to understand your goals and builds a plan that actually works for you. He’s made personal training feel approachable, every session is different, focused, and I’m already seeing real progress. If you're looking for a supportive training environment with a top-rated personal trainer, this is the place. The sessions are a great mix of functional training and strength work that actually makes sense for your body. The gym is clean, professional, and has a great vibe! And there's free parking in their garage, which makes getting there super easy, even if you don’t live in nearby.

My teenager wanted to give personal training a try, so we signed up for 2 on 1 sessions at Eastlake Performance. Over the past eight-plus months I’ve regained confidence and built strength — without injury. My teenager and I both enjoy the vibe. It’s a small space, but it delivers a huge variety of activities. I appreciate that it is nearly private and that I’m not wasting time waiting for equipment to free up. Every session is different as Paul consistently finds ways to torture um I mean challenge us.
