Stephanie has been teaching both of my daughters Spanish weekly for the last couple of years. They both love going to lessons, and Stephanie keeps them engaged by incorporating books, creative writing, art, etc. into their lessons. She works with them on reading/writing as well as speaking. This person is extremely unprofessional do not take these classes if you’re black! She singled me out in class multiple times and had every other person in the class participate except me when I faced a family emergency she didn’t not text back until hours after the class and when I brought up me no longer feeling comfortable to move forward she offered me a refund and after 18 days I still have not received a refund and when I reached back out she said she is not going to process a refund. Very unprofessional behavior.
