Short: Professional, good communication, and reasonable price! Long: Had a laptop with a faulty keyboard. When the first replacement keyboard also had issues, they honored the 30 day part warranty without any issues to try a second keyboard. When that didn't work and they identified the motherboard as the real issue, they refunded the part cost and only charged me for the diagnostic+labor, which was very kind of them to do! They were great with calling or texting updates. With computer prices the way they are these days, they're definitely worth it to try fixing first before buying a new one.

I had a bad experience recently with this shop. They charged me for work I explicitly did not ask for. They then claimed I had asked for it. I did not. I went to see them for a diagnostic of my laptop. They provided that (though I might add that the initial lady I dealt with was quite aggressive with me about that process) for $40. I was called by them (to their credit and one additional star) with the results of the diagnostic well ahead of the timetable they told me at the store. When I spoke to them on the phone I got a summary of the fixes that would be needed. There was a “temporary fix” and a more expensive permanent fix. I directed the rep to NOT do any further work and I wanted to pick up the computer. My gf went to pick up the computer on my behalf and they charged her for the “temporary fix”. I called the shop immediately and asked why I was charged for something I didn’t want. The rep said he was confident he had explained the situation to me. I told him I was confident that I had told him NOT to do anything. He was polite so that’s a positive. It feels like they were on autopilot or not listening. Regardless, I don’t think stores should charge people for work they didn’t request.

go here instead of target for your cables! wasted my time going to target for a display port cable that wasn’t there (even though it said so online) - the guy in here was super helpful, friendly, and it was cheaper :)
