ECH's Appliance Repair was easy and professional to work with. They confirmed the scheduled time with nice text reminders. Nick, the technician texting me when he was on the way and showed up in the expected time window. Nick spent a good amount of time diagnosing our KitchenAid range and giving me the options. Was very impressed with the thoroughness and honesty and I expect to use ECH Appliance Repair the next time I have the need.

Poor service and no farther than before I called. Scheduled 0900-1200. Took the whole dryer apart. Said it was an electric cord (that does not look damaged), and the belt is only half as wide as it should be, half inch wide, but no damaged cord inside machine. They will order and get back with an estimate, and charged for appraisal price 60.00 plus tax . Now at 48 hours, no contact. Feels like they looked at the dryer, did not know what is wrong and not interested in attempting to repair. I am out 60.00 and starting over. Do not recommend at all. 3/28/26 as an addendum. ECH Appliance saw the review, offered a tech for free right way, to use another service, or refund the service fee. I took the refund I have a friend that use this company and said they did well by him.

Not a big review poster, but when I get good service, I always like to share the experience. Nick arrived promptly and was an excellent communicator. Resolved our issue quickly and affordably. I would call them again in the future.
