10/10 would recommend! I've just sold my property with Edwards and Co, having bought the same property off them 6 years ago. What a brilliant service! I couldn't recommend them enough. As a team, they've got sound knowledge of properties and any complexities within Rhiwbina. They are always approachable, readily available and were so helpful and supportive, in one of the most stressful points in your life. Anthony was brilliant, he came and gave a very good valuation, Jo made plenty of time to undertake quality viewings and provided good feedback, Simon came out to take photos and draft up a really good brochure, and Georgia (sales progressor) was absolutely fantastic, and an absolute asset to Edwards. The whole team took time to listen and understand my circumstances, and work within those parameters (What more could you ask for). Having dealt with the likes of Darlows, Peter Alan etc. previously whilst house hunting, I would highly recommend Edwards and would definitely use them again. I used their 'Off Market' service, which was brilliant. My property sold within 14 days, for Asking price, without even going onto Rightmove! We're lucky to have this estate agents in our area. Again, I can't thank Georgia enough for all of her help and support and putting my mind at ease throughout the stressy aspects of the sale. Began the process mid September and completed early January. Thank you so much to the whole team!
