I was taking pictures of Elaine at /function1 a conference for 10,000 AI founders and engineers. Even though I was there to take pictures, Elaine was able to break down simple strategies for business owners like me when it comes to emotional intelligence and creating relationships. This class was such an empowering experience! Elaine is skilled in Muay Thai and her and her team left me feeling secure in myself and my abilities. I loved that it was women-only environment and focused on realistic situations we’re more likely to encounter. The mix of close-combat techniques and practical strategies gave me a HUGE confidence boost. I also appreciated the thoughtful tips for moms on how to protect themselves with children and situational awareness tips gave me the knowledge and motivation to stay vigilant.
