I was referred by friend and was excited to maybe work with them. I explained that my organization had a last minute venue change and we were in dire need of some table cloths and chair covers. Spoke to someone after calling and texting several times. I explained since it was a last minute adjustment that I didn’t have all the specifics I was just inquiring to see if they could service us on such short notice. Once I sent the information of exactly what we needed I got no reply and I called back with no answer. A simple response of unfortunately we won’t be able to accommodate you would have been acceptable. But to totally ignore our request is unprofessional. I don’t know if it was because the event was small or they just weren’t Interested in helping. I was highly disappointed because the event was for charity and we were waiting from 12 noon until 5 for a response. And we had to go with another option. When if we would have known they didn’t want to help us earlier we could have made other arrangements. I’m very disappointed. I support small businesses but this was definitely a discouraging experience on top of the situation we were already facing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Called to make an appointment for a small event on a Monday, the person I spoke with claimed to already be booked for a huge event that same day and would need to check inventory. She asked me to send her a text with details and she’d call me back after her deliveries. Sent a text and then followed up a few hours later....no response. Called the following day, she picked up on the 4th ring (I thought my calls weren’t going through so I called back to back). I thought I had the wrong number and apologized only to realize that it was actually the correct number so I shot her a text apologizing stating that I actually had the correct number and was calling about the status of my inquiry. I then tried to call back twice....Nothing. I highly doubt that any event rental company is extremely busy to the point where they are afforded the luxury of ignoring leads during this pandemic, and even if they were, doing so is extremely unprofessional. I agree with all of the other 1 star reviews about all of the positive reviews probably being friends and family. Don’t even waste your time.

Excellent service. Rented a table for a show I was flying in for #shoplocal it was the easiest part of my trip. Kept in touch via text which is great. Sent the invoice I could pay online ahead of time. Pick up and return was simple and easy. Table was in great condition and easy to use. Thanks so much.
