This pet spa is clean and the dogs are well treated. Even my Brizo who is fearful of situations where there are dogs with whom she is unacquainted, and people who clean her ears and clip her nails is only a little hesitant and she does greet her groomers with a happy tail The prices are very reasonable and the staff is very accommodating.

Grooming assembly line! In and out! The more pets they get the happier they are! $$$ Staff not friendly nor positive! All they care about is money PERIOD! Yes they do a good job. Not good pet experience!

I have a difficult dog, this is an understatement. Upon moving to the Southside, I needed a new groomer. I found Embark online via their reviews. I knew when I walked in the door Chip was in good hands. Dani listened as I described my little dog’s challenges. She assured me she would take good care of him. She has given him not only excellent grooming, but she has respected him and never pet shamed. Dani is just fabulous! We are so grateful to have Embark so close to home!

We’ve been taking our 3 Shih tzu’s here for years. They do an amazing job and our dogs love going. We moved to the opposite side of the city and won’t try anywhere else. You can trust that your dogs are in good hands. There is also a nice selection of high quality pet items inside. They’ve done wonderful transformations on some of our rescue fosters in the past as well.
