I can’t say enough about how great my experience at Emerald was. I had been to three other bridal shops and was starting to feel low about being able to find a dress within my budget. But as soon as I walked into Emerald I felt seen and cared for. Somehow the woman checking me in (who was actually the owner) could tell something was up and asked me if I was okay. They gave me a mimosa and put me at ease. It immediately stood out that they showed personal interest in me and how I was doing. As soon as the appointment started my stylist, Kinsley, had a private talk with me and made it a point to assure me she cared about how I’m doing and wanted me leaving happy and good even if I didn’t find a dress at their shop. She did constant check ins throughout the appointment to see how I was mentally. Other boutiques I had been in it felt somewhat awkward and like I was just a sale. But Kinsley made it feel relaxed and like we’re instant friends, she yapped with me about our mutual love of Taylor swift and our dogs. Every bride out there needs a stylist like her. The girls at Emerald made a world of difference when it came to dress shopping. It didn’t feel like I was just another sale to them. They genuinely care about brides and love what they do. I am so so excited about my dress. I tried on the most stunning dresses but ended up getting the very first dress Kinsley pulled for me, she understood my vision from the get go. I hadn’t gotten emotional in any other dress I tried, nor did I expect to. But when I found my dress and said yes I couldn’t hold back the happy tears. The quality of the dress is incredible, and was even under budget. The entire experience was a dream. I genuinely can’t recommend Emerald Bridal enough.

I unfortunately I didn’t find my dress at emerald but I had such an amazing experience! The stylist (i can’t remember her name to save my life) was AMAZING! She made me feel comfortable and truly wanted me to find my dress whether it was there or not! The environment was so welcoming! I will be returning for my second marriage…. Jk!

Okay…Abby…you are a literal QUEEEEEEN!! 🤏🏼🤏🏼 You made my experience so amazing. You listened to what I liked what I didn’t like, helped me make adjustments and just all around made me feel soooo beautiful. I 10/10 recommend Abby!!! She took the time to understand my “vision” and helped me create that vision!!! She was amazing, and I wanna be her friend in real life LOL. Just from the moment we walked in we felt welcome. From the mimosas, to the laughing, to the crying…Emerald Bridal Lounge was my 1st and only appointment that I made... & with the help of Abby, I said YES TO THE DRESS in less than 2 hours!!!! Thank you Abby and EBL for being a part of my wedding journey. This was an unforgettable moment and emotional experience!

The. Best. Experience. Ever. Kinsley was genuinely like my best friend from the second I walked in. She asked questions, showed me styles I was convinced I’d hate but ended up loving. She had a 6th sense I SWEAR. I’m so thankful for Emerald and I can’t WAIT to wear my dress 😍

Loved my experience with them. The appointment was amazing they were patient, did not rush us and helped find the dress that really was a dream. They even got with the designer to help customize the dress and add components to really make the dress more my vibe. I would recommend them to anyone.
