I sought out Sarah for 1:1 support following a new health diagnosis. Based on my initial consultation and recommendations from others, I was excited to work with her. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable specifically, her expertise regarding supplements was very much appreciated and helpful. However, there was a significant disconnect between that expertise and the actual day-to-day/weekly support I received. When I came to Sarah, I was panicked and needing clear, organized guidance the experience felt more like a pre-packaged course than individualized coaching. It relied heavily on a binder (with a preset meal plan that was way below my actual caloric intake goals - something she and I addressed later into my program) with random blank pages in the middle of sections (almost like misprints?) and online modules that were self-guide (which were fine). I never received feedback on my weekly check-ins and I found myself become less motivated. My messages in the app were often met with generic responses from someone else (which was fine, but they didn’t know my health background). I asked about specific resources for my diagnosis and was told to refer to the binder or they would look into them. While Sarah and I eventually agreed to have Monday calls to address these gaps, those calls were sporadic. Often, the calls simply didn’t happen or were rescheduled (but never at the agreed upon time). I should’ve noticed a pink flag when she joined my consultation call late and everything felt like a rush to sign me in (without really diving into my diagnosis, etc). In November/December when I would go in for body scans…my report from the week before would be sitting at the front desk still. Whether it’s received digital may be another thing but when I asked about it… no response. Was it being reviewed? Still a question pending clarity. Although in reflection of my program earlier this year, Sarah apologized and added a couple of weeks to my plan as a gesture of goodwill (or because of the holidays which I didn’t know everything “paused” during in terms of program benefits?), those extra weeks didn't include any additional check-ins and I was unmotivated. I never heard from her again. What if I was interested in joining month-to-month? Or simply for body scans access or app access? We will never know. In fact, the communication felt even quieter during that time. I truly wish I could have worked with Sarah more directly as I had expected and gained further knowledge (I turned to social media and my own research and books to support my journey). I thankfully have made great strides in my journey! If you have a recent diagnosis and are looking for highly organized, consistent, and deeply personalized 1:1 support to navigate your health journey, this may not be the right fit. Review options and see what works for your needs.

If you're looking for personalized, interactive services to address your health concerns, this is not the place. The services I paid for did not live up to my expectations. I signed up for a 6 week coaching program to address weight gain and GI concerns, which cost upwards of 1k. I'm embarrassed to say that I spent that much money on over promised yet underdelivered services. Sarah was disorganized and distracted during our interactions. The information I was provided included a large binder and access to an online portal with prerecorded videos, for mass sharing. There were little to no responses on the weekly questionnaires I completed Additionally, any responses were brief, sporadic and received through their online portal. I chose this facility because of the positive reviews in the hopes of improving my health and was let down, to say the least. Additionally, Sarah responded to my feedback about the program by appologizing and offering me a $100 credit towards goods at the Local Health Market. This response did not resolve any of the issues I brought up. Ultimately, the services provided did not justify the cost.

Where do I even begin? I was at my wit's end with trying to lose weight. Being in the military I was great at working out but I honestly had no idea how to eat correctly. That's when I googled 'good nutritionist San Antonio ' and Sarah and her team came up. After reading the reviews I took a chance and made an appointment because I had nothing else to lose. I was a little apprehensive at the beginning because I honestly thought I was doing everything right. Boy was I wrong! Let me just say Sarah and her team have been absolutely amazing and just what I needed! She gave me a binder with some great nutritional reading material, recipes, and workout techniques. After logging my food, Sarah tried to tweak my eating habits because I had an affinity for sugar and carbs. She gave me some amazing supplements to help support my body and it felt like day and night. I stopped craving sugar 24/7, and I started sleeping through the night again. My digestion improved and I started seeing results within two weeks. I have more energy now and I don't feel exhausted in the middle of the day! After 12 weeks, I have lost 12 lbs and gained some much needed muscle. I am so happy I took a chance and invested in myself and now I'm obsessed with eating healthy since it makes me feel amazing! If you're on the fence about whether or not you should reach out to Sarah and her team, just do it! Your body will thank you for it!
