I had the pleasure of experiencing Encore Catering twice in the last 2 weeks! Once at the Twist Gallery Open House where I tried some delicious bites and then again when I hired them to cater a 50th Birthday I threw. The food is outstanding but that sometimes is not the most important part of dealing with a catering company! The booking process was seamless with David and Rebecca supporting every decision with thoughtful planning! Onsite, the staff were pleasant, professional and efficient!
