Liz is incredible. Absolutely no one, and I mean NO ONE, is allowed near my face except for Liz Widmer. She is incredibly knowledgeable and my skin is amazing because of her.

I PAID 161.00 plus I used my daughters insurances to pay the bill In full. Months later the are sending me messages that I have an outstanding balance and I owe more money after we have already settled up. I would highly recommend not doing business here being the the prices change after months of settling up versus them just taking care of you. Not happy at all about last minute charges after we settled up. If your the owner you can call Me to settle my dispute

I wasn't all that happy with my October 2025 appointment as one concern seemed to be dismissed without an offer of a solution. They also did not have any of my family history saved from my prior year visit. I had a biopsy at that appointment. The following week I received a message on the portal that it was abnormal and to come in to have more shaved since the margins were not clear. Called and the receptionist stated that she saw that noted and made my appointment. I used my PTO to take the morning off of work and paid a $50 copay to be told that they never sent me that message. I pulled it up on my phone and showed them the message. After reading it, they said that it was sent in error and there was no need for me to come in. They wasted my time, my PTO, and my $50!

I had an great 1st time experience at the Fort Worth location. The place was extremely clean and service was fast and the wait was minimal--5 minutes tops. Liz, my dermatologist and her staff were awesome and did a great job. The front desk peeps were extremely friendly. If they had a spa in the place....10-stars!!!

Loved the facility, front desk girl was amazing and welcoming. Dr. Plott and his assistant were awesome. I went in for a pretty minor procedure and they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. In and out in about 20 minutes.
