⚠️ Deceptive Personal Training Contract Practices Beware. In May 2025 at the Lake Mead location, I enrolled in personal training after being quoted $150 biweekly, but by my second session I was charged about $280 biweekly. I immediately verbally and via text told my trainer I wanted to cancel due to financial hardship (I’m a college student). Instead of explaining how to cancel, he encouraged me to continue later. I was never informed that cancellation required written paperwork, and no one contacted me as the balance silently accrued for 216 days. I only learned of the issue in January 2026 at the Scott Robinson location. EOS refused to waive or reasonably settle the balance and instead pressured me under threat of collections to sign a second contract, reducing the balance from ~$2,500 to ~$1,800, while claiming the original contract would be waived. I am still within the 3-day cancellation window, yet the first contract remains “pending approval” with no written confirmation. They continue pushing me to pay for sessions I never attended. Poor disclosure, misrepresented pricing, and unfair contract handling. Proceed with caution and get everything in writing. ⚠️

Very friendly staff who always great you as you walk in and leave, good value for low-cost memberships mostly giving you access to most machines in the faculty. Love their peak hours making super easy an accessible to go inn and get that work out anything you make need to burn off some fuel. Over all happy with my membership definitely recommend getting a 7 day pass or even a full membership.

This gym is awesome. Been going here for 3 months and everyone is super nice. Always good equipment. When something is out of order they make sure to get it fixed in less than 24 hrs. Best gym i’ve been to so far in Las Vegas. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced this gym is definitely a good gym for you

I love Saira Sandoval’s cycling class. When I am free on Thursdays, I try my best to be in her class! Additionally, this is a pretty convenient gym. People are usually nice and helpful. The ellipticals aren’t the best, would recommend getting the ellipticals that the Craig/Rancho location has. Other than that, this gym is great! I recommend!

This is the worse Gym ever lol I pay for the will power and everything is always broken. Out of order, they only have 2-3 of each machine. The message chairs are always broken! ALWAYS! EVERY SINCE I STARTED COMING HERE 2 OF THE 4 CHAIRS ARE BROKEN! AT ALL TIMES! please dont come here if you want a big gym cause its not that and its always full. I like EOS as a gym just not this location. If I could give it 0 stars I would because they can do so much better.
