I recently completed 6 TrimSculpt sessions for my glutes at Eterna Haus with Jen, and I am truly amazed by the results. In just under a month, I noticed a significant improvement in muscle growth, tone, and lift in the area. The difference was impressive, and I’m so happy with how quickly I saw progress. Jen is incredibly knowledgeable and goes above and beyond by sharing helpful guidance on supplements, nutrition, and dietary support to maximize results during treatment and maintain them afterward. This place keeps getting better and better. I love doing Trimsculpt (it really tightens!) and doing a Mindvybe session while wearing compression pants. So relaxing. The owners are super friendly and helpful. They keep adding new fun things to try.

I absolutely love Eterna! First of all, the place has a beautiful aesthetic and feels warm when you walk in. There are several modalities that are must haves for me: 1. The trim sculpt treatment for the glutes gave me visible results after just one session— I was shocked in the best way. 2. The cryotherapy is incredible. It leaves my skin tight, helps reduce inflammation, and speeds up my gym recovery. 3.The Mind Vybe is such a special touch— I always leave feeling centered and calm. 4. The Infrared sauna is hot and huge compared to other saunas I’ve used. The whole team is fun, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. I also love the vibration plate, the water station, and just the fact that you can do so much for your body and mind under one roof. It’s truly a feel-good wellness experience every time I go. Highly recommend!

Since then, we’ve remodeled, upgraded, and added exclusive new treatments like MindVybe™, the first vagus nerve-based nervous system reset in California, along with full-spectrum infrared sauna, TrimSculpt, and more. I use every modality myself, and it’s been life changing for my recovery, sleep, and energy. It’s awesome seeing others benefit too. This space is truly for the community.
