I used to have a great experience, however, after verifying my text and call they canceled my appt after the “9 minute rule” that at 9 minutes I would be considered a no-show and they canceled my appt. My appointment was at 3:15, I showed up at 3:20. The front desk assistant who I have not seen before told me that they could reschedule me for later which I could not accommodate. It is strange to me that she was so adamant about a 9 minute rule that did not apply to me, and that is a “grace period” as it states on the company website. Per company policy, a client is allowed a 9 minute grace period and is marked a no show AFTER 10 minutes. I am beyond disappointed at my interaction today and after years going to EW I will seek services elsewhere.
