I’ve been going to European wax for almost 5 years now. My recent long time waxer has had to step away from waxing and I’ve been searching for a new one and I believe I have found her! It’s not often you get to come across someone like Nene! She was so comforting and lively! She did such a good job making sure I got a great experience. Made it a painless and stress free environment! Was very thorough in her process. I will definitely be coming back to her again! High recommended Nene to any new clients!

Came in as a walk in and had the pleasure of being waxed by Nene. Can honestly say it was one of the better waxing experiences I’ve had at European. She was very thorough with her process and really showed how passionate she is with what she does. If you’re looking for someone who cares about providing a great experience and outcome book with Nene!

IMARI IMARI IMARI…. SHE WAS GREAT ‼️It was my first time and I was so scared lol solely based on what Id seen on t.v…..but thanks to Imari all that went out the window… She was comforting, she listened.. answered all my questions, was patient and very friendly… we talked thru the entire process like we had been knowing each other for years… and that definitely helped ease things..if your a first timer, Imari is THEEE ONE‼️ and yes I will be returning and NOPE‼️ Wasnt that bad at all.. seemed like it took her 15 minutes…. Maaaaaaaaybe 20 and I was MRS.CLEAN😜

I had an amazing experience at the Heights location. NeNe was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable. My wax came out perfect. She’s the reason I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

the only reason i am leaving 2 stars is because the front desk lady today, Emani/Imani was super super sweet and efficient. She was so welcoming. as far as my service i came here to get my eyebrows done for my engagement party tonight, I was put with Denae, i grew my eyebrows out for a few weeks to be able to have them done nicely for my engagement party tonight. full transparency she did show me my eyebrows before i left in a handheld mirror and I do feel it is fully my fault because i did not look in the full mirror before i left especially since my eyebrows are currently sending me into psychosis. i would nott recommend Denae for eyebrows but her pressure was light and she made small talk so she might possibly be better for other services! On the website it was really hard to tell who specialized in what services so i booked in person asking the lady at the front desk the day prior, who she knew that was best at eyebrows so i hope this can help someone later!
