I've been to several locations over the years, and have had a few different wax specialists. If you go to the Hulen location, ask for Delilah. She's quick and efficient. Her tone of voice and conversation will keep you calm throughout the process. She is excellent at what she does!!!

Sofia was an awesome waxer! She was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I didn’t catch the woman’s name at the front on 12/14 but she was very sweet and gave me some samples of their ingrown hair serum
