From start to finish, the experience felt personal, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. The vet took the time to walk me through everything, explain the different options, and make sure I felt comfortable with the plan for my dog. The follow-up call a few days later really stood out, because it showed they were still thinking about his care and wanted to make sure he was doing well. It never felt rushed or impersonal, and I truly felt like both my dog and I mattered. I honestly wouldn’t change a thing.

Evans East took care of my girl throughout her life and particularly when she was declining. Their compassion for my elderly 80lb reactive rescue was unmatched. When my son's family's tragically lost their youngest dog, I told them we would take her to Evans East for her final arrangements. The staff allowed me to make the arrangements over the phone as my son transported her to them. Evans East treated my son and his partner with the greatest compassion and kindness when they arrived. That reception helped begin to turn deep grief into somber remembrance. Their care for my family's emotions in one of the worst moments, will be forever remembered.

We recently adopted a new kitty and have been to this office twice. Both times we were there the staff was absolutely amazing. You can tell they really love what they do. They're gentle and loving with our petite Sushi Roll and she sure likes those Churus! 😂 This is DEFINITELY our new vet!
