Stephanie Garcia was our real estate professional who helped us find, bid on, and win our new home. The very first home she showed us had some issues and she helped us see them just to be sure that we were aware before we made a decision. When we walked out of there our vehicle would not start and so she provided transportation until we got where we needed to go. She showed us several more homes after that. I was extremely impressed that she always looked for any serious flaws that we might not be aware of so that we would make a good final decision. She was always available when we needed her to be. The most amazing part though was when she waited with me the day before closing at what would be our new home for a furniture delivery that I could not change. We spent four hours standing together because there was no furniture anywhere to sit down on. I enjoyed the time because the more I spoke with her the more I liked her as a person and as a mom and as a daughter. The house that we chose wasn’t really one that we would’ve thought to ask for. By that time she knew our needs and wants probably better than we knew them ourselves.

So where do I start with My Guy Zeke Banks , well if I’m being honest I met him of course because of the military ! So no surprise on that part lol . Out of my 6 years wanting to pull the trigger on buying a home Zeke made that dream of mine come true ! And I will forever be more than grateful for that , he understands and helps and is always available and does not hesitate to push for the best outcome! He is the guy that made my fantasy of me thinking dam I’m always going to be renting to now being a homeowner and it’s all thanks to him !!! He is the Guy that you want on your corner 100% ! Forever will I be greatful and he will definitely be apart of my future purchases!
