I had a great experience. The front staff were kind and flexible with my schedule change. Dr. Tsao was very friendly and didn’t rush my appointment. He listened to every concern I had and helped me with a care plan for further treatment. They also paid for parking in the garage which is always a plus! 10/10 for me! :)

I haven’t started dry eye treatment with Dr. Tsao yet, but my experience so far has been incredible. I’m a bit of a baby when it comes to the health of my eyes, and Dr. Tsao has patiently and gracefully answered every question and eased every concern I have had so far. I’ve actually never had a healthcare provider show the same kind of patience Dr. Tsao has shown me the last two times I’ve visited him. He truly listens and answers your questions thoroughly and in a way you can understand. His office staff is kind, helpful and informative. I am so thankful I found Eye Theory Midtown, as I’m confident my dry eyes are in the best hands. 🥹🙏🏻

Nice appointment and friendly staff. HOWEVER, do your research first. I have pretty great eye insurance, so it’s actually diabolical to charge almost $200 for a general eye exam. No eye exam should be more than $50, and if you have an astigmatism (which most people do) you will be paying extra. It’s a scam. I recommend Americas Best for a free/cheaper exam, then decide where you’d like to purchase frames or contacts. The price here was an extreme rip off, I even asked one of the employees to explain pricing. While she knew the price was insane. Anyways, nice office.

Everyone here was incredibly kind and helpful. They answered all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly. They were also really helpful in helping me find the perfect glasses! Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at Eye Theory. They have the nicest frames I've seen and we're very attentive and informative. I ended up getting 2 pairs and they gave me an extra discount on the 2nd pair. Great service!
