Falcon Carpet Care is the epitome of superb service with impeccable results. The owner is adamant about rendering top notch carpet cleaning as Mr Joe the technician is very detail oriented. He left my bedroom carpets, stairs, loft and rug looking and smelling amazing. My puppy had been peeing on my living room rug; I knew it was going to be challenging and it would required extra attention. It wasn’t a problem for Joe. I was considering throwing the rug away, but Joe left it looking and smelling amazing. My home feels so much better and the rates are extremely reasonable especially for what they tended to.
