This agency is garbage. The longer you stay, the more incompetent the staff becomes. It takes them an hour to even bother helping you, and on top of that, they're incompetent. Save yourself the time and money and find another agency.

It's good, but the bad thing is that they don't attend to people. When I went, all the desks were occupied by people on their cell phones, or even three employees were in the same office talking, and there were many people waiting to be served. They make people wait a lot, as if you were going to ask for everything for free. That's wrong. Also, they go to the bathroom every 5 minutes.

These people are a rip off one I had added a vehicle to a policy I told the person several times how much the was to be and also was going to pay for the the first month after being transferred the lady said no about paying but I had mentioned that the deductible has to be set a a certain amount and the car lot I was at told also while I was talking to the person after the policy was written and was off the phone I seen it and the person had took down the wrong information I had to call back to make corrections on the policy now they are charging me for there mistakes they had made I only was with them for two weeks and charging me a whole policy and there mistakes two times I had to call back to have them fix it while I was at a car lot buying a car. Found a good 👍 insurance company called Jerry they look up rates and get you a better deal then family insurance yes Jerry is on YouTube and it exactly what they say will be making a complaint to C.C.C and to state insurance of California
