I want to give a huge thank you to Austin Burford, the Wildlife Specialist at Family Pest Control. I had a serious rat and raccoon problem in my attic, and Austin went above and beyond to resolve it. Not only did he successfully repair the access points on the roof and remove the animals, but he also did everything with exceptional professionalism and care. Austin is incredibly polite, respectful, and clearly passionate about what he does. His knowledge and attention to detail gave me total confidence throughout the process. You don’t often come across someone who truly loves their work and takes so much pride in doing it right. I’ve been using Family Pest Control for about two years now, and I’ve only needed them three or four times, but every single time they’ve been professional, responsive, and super helpful. This month, Austin was the technician who came out, and he did a fantastic job. He first came to take care of an issue I was having, and then came back a second time as a courtesy for a respray when it looked like some eggs might have hatched. That extra effort really stood out to me. Austin was easy to talk to, very friendly, and thorough in making sure all the right spots around the house were treated. I really appreciate that kind of care and customer service. I’ll definitely continue using Family Pest Control, and I’d recommend asking for Austin if you can, he does great work!

We got Austin as our technician. He was wonderful. As soon as he got here he asked us what we areas we needed and saw that were problems. He was attentive and helpful in getting the areas we needed treated. He was very thorough making sure he got all areas taken care of and beyond what we asked for. He was really amazing.
