I went to get a new watch battery a few months ago and the man charged me $30, i hadn’t bought a watch battery in some time and thought maybe my watch needed a special battery as it wasn’t made in the states. He then asked if i wanted to buy insurance for the battery which i thought was very strange (i didn’t) sure enough the battery died about 3 months later. I didn’t go back instead going to a reputable jewelry store who replaced the battery for $7. Fast fix jewelry and watch repair is not an establishment i would recommend to anyone.

You won't see Fast Fix Jewelry on the signage. This is located within Kalen's Jewelry. I thought I had the wrong place but Google has the same address for both. Anyways, I needed my rope chain fixed on the spot and a wonderful gentleman came through for me. He even offered me water while I waited. The chain belonged to my late son and is extremely sentimental to me. It is also extremely delicate and I've had it soldered at least three previous times. Usually it's $25-30, here it was $40, but beggars can't be choosers. I'll gladly pay whatever to have it functional. He had it repaired and on my way within 10 minutes.

Stupendous service! The owner and staff were friendly and welcoming. They were fast and careful with their work. They even waived some parts for me because I was a repeat customer. Next time you need jewelry or a watch repair I would recommend them!

I needed to get my watch battery replaced and Katrina was able to help me right away! She was very polite and took the time to answer all my questions regarding the watch I was fixing and other general questions. I would definitely recommend this place for all your watch and jewelry needs, especially from Katrina!!

I stopped in to have a watch resized. The owner Kaelyn met me at the door and took care of me in less than 2 minutes when they say Fast Fix they're not kidding. Excellent customer service. definitely recommend this business in the future.
