Alright customer service. Can’t give 5 stars because they didn’t get the right material for my band even though they had the old band to compare to. Mentioned this when I picked up the watch and only comment I received was that they were both silicone and that the watch would break in. Disappointed by this lack of attention to detail for the $130 price I paid for the band.

Fast fix jewelry really helped me in a pinch. I called about half an hour before close and asked if they could polish a piece of jewelry for me today. They said if I came down they would be happy to try and get it done for me. They got it done just before closing and were very kind and professional and did an excellent job! Thank you very much. I will be a returning patron!

The staff is always pleasant and professional. They do a wonderful job and their prices are good. They work on my Michelle and tag watches and I've never had a problem and only have gotten the best service. They just cleaned and polished my Michelle and it looks brand new.
