I needed two batteries for two different watches and some links taken out. The young man working there said I only needed one battery which only cost me $19.95 including expert installation by this jeweler and no charge for resizing the watch band. I will definitely return whenever I need work done there as they are honest and trustworthy.

I've gone here for years to get battery replaced, ring resized, necklace resized, etc. and the service is always fast as its says. The quality is absolutely amazing and the customer service is really good too! Steven really takes his time to make sure everything is pristine and precise. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Lively staff that wants to please and promptly do as their name says. Fast fix your jewelry and watches. Wife had some links taken out of watch band. They also made a few adjustments to the clasp. Wife after wearing a few days and brought it back and they gladly looked up her receipt, found it and gladly put one of the links back. This was with all genuine niceness. Note I think they said if more than a week had gone by it would have been a new ticket. Fair enough since the price was reasonable. Highly recommend this place.
