WARNING! DO NOT THINK ABOUT USING THIS TOW SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISSATISFIED AND DISGUSTED! I don’t even want to give them one star. They quoted me a price and I zelled them the funds. The tow got there and before any service was provided they called me and said that additional charges would be added. They knew what my issue was when they quoted me. I refused to pay additional fees and requested full reembuersement. Then I received a call stating that they would subtract service fees; to which I replied, No way, there was no service. I was told that I would receive a call from management, that was three hours ago. I have called repeatedly and still not been able to speak to management. I will be filling small claims lawsuit. False advertisement. They stole my money. 🤬😡🤬😡.

Don't use this company do not use this company even if they don't tow your car they will still keep your money they say no refund but they still should give you a refund if they don't give you any service the worst tow company ever do not use this company
