Just wanted to say I came in a month ago and I had the pleasure of working with Chris. I'm not sure if he is the manager , but I believe he is the manager, if not he should be. From the moment I walked in he greeted me politely and asked if he could help me with anything. He also assisted me with copy machine when I had trouble using it and helped me put money on my copy card , since the machine wasn't working properly. Chris just had the best attitude! I must say in a world where things can be confusing and customer service lacking.. I had so much to do and so much on my mind. Chris made my day go smoothly! it was a pleasure coming in to Fed Ex! Just wanted to give him a shout out and hope Fed Ex knows what a valued employee he is!

I came in to mail a record to Colorado this morning, and I had some questions. Dee was the lady at the counter, and she may of just been having a bad day, but her demeanor was very rude. I could tell I was an inconvenience. It wasn’t a good feeling as a customer, and I felt it should be called out. It appears I am not the first to have had a similar experience. I pray she learns to find fulfillment in her career.

I don't understand what happened to customer service. When I came here I had two extremely items to return. I came inside and asked for assistance and all I got was here you can use the dolly. Then when I managed to get the two items that weighs over 80 lbs each. I walked in and the guy not the lady behind the desk acted like I was inconvenience him. I just don't understand. I don't get treated like this at UPS. And I would have gone to them but my mailing package directed me to this location. Please do better next time.

The most friendly employee and great person overall Antonio who helped me get documents scanned even tho they couldn't notarize them for me....I walked out with a smile on my face. Good job!!!
