I mailed a package from this location on Friday and found Brendon from the staff to be absolutely reckless. I wrote down the international address and he made 5 mistakes, I kept correcting him and he kept rushing me. He didn’t even take the phone number for the international address. He was so unbothered by his mistakes and went to assist different customer, came back and told me I am all done without even giving me the tracking id. Lo and behold! Package is now missing internationally. I spent weeks preparing those documents and his 5 mins recklessness made them disappear. People like him don’t deserve to be working at places like this, handling important stuff. Now I am reporting missing package, hope someone finds it but what I can I do about people like him?

I just want to thank Brendan, who is an associate at this location. Brendan works incredibly hard and has fantastic customer service. I come to this location specifically because of how helpful he always is. Definitely give him a raise cause he deserves a big one!!

Super fast and helpful staff. There is coin pay parking in front, 6 spots only. Shereen was able to resize, print and laminate my sales sheets and have me out in under 10min.
