This place is terrible service. The counter rep is so ruled and not helpful at all. I come here for service not asking for charity. I’ll not doing business with this people anymore. Good luck for those people coming here. It best to look else where.

More expensive than HD/Lowes. Cannot take a credit card over the phone. They emailed an unprofessional looking credit card authorization form asking for my details, security code, and signature. How many hacking intercept points does this create? What could be less secure than emailing sensitive financial information to a company that probably has no security? It isn't much effort to create a basic website to accept Paypal or some other secure payment system.

Very bad experience with the "manager" that is a girl... she has a very bad actitud and she has no idea how to talk to people. I did report her to the headquarters ( Martin) and he never return my call. They don't care about small business. I will not recommend this place.

Dear Mr. Milad Anvar, I been a customer at fence specialties for the last 5 years. Let me start with you have your facts all wrong! First there is no manager by the name of Vanessa. If you have been a "so called customer of FSI for the last year" you would absolutely know the rules of this company! They require you to fill out a form for any over the phone transactions absolutely no exceptions (which is a company policy). This is great to me since now a days many companies don't do this, making fraudulent transactions so easy! If you are too lazy to fill out the form I suggest you go to the store personally and pay in person!!! Anyways FSI is a great company that exceeds all my expectations from customer service to the quality of material! Keep up the good work guys and certainly don't let any negativity ruin you day!!!
