The salon itself is beautiful and well-designed. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The stylist who cut my son's hair showed no patience or understanding of how to work with young children. This was my son's very first haircut — he had just turned one year old — and I showed her a specific style I wanted. She ended up doing something completely different. My son was crying, and at no point did she attempt to comfort him, interact with him, or make the experience enjoyable. She seemed only focused on finishing as quickly as possible. A salon that claims to specialize in children should understand that babies require proper attention, patience, and interaction. Haircuts for little ones take more time. It’s not just about cutting hair — it’s about creating a positive experience. I could have cut his hair at home, but I chose to take him somewhere that I believed would provide a pleasant and memorable first haircut. Instead, it was rushed and frustrating. Even the picture she took of him turned out terrible, and she didn’t offer to retake it — she just wanted to be done. As a parent, especially for such a meaningful milestone, I expected much more care and professionalism.

Elena has been cutting our first born hair since age 3, our son is now 10yrs old. She's absolutely the best. Now our second born son who is 4 yrs old, autistic, who usually meltsdown during haircuts at home, now goes to Elena and he doesn't cry!!! Timid at first but no meltdowns! Elena is wonderful and she knows what she's doing. She's quick and consistent and that's why we go to her and no where else. We love you Elena!!! 😊👍❤️

Gail did my son’s first haircut and was truly amazing. He screamed and fought the whole time, but she remained so patient, gentle, and efficient. She helped calm him down and still managed to give him the cutest haircut. We left happy, relieved, and very impressed. Thank you, Gail! 💕

My daughter just had her 4th birthday party here, and it was perfect! The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The kids loved their energy and had so much fun getting their nails done and enjoying their mini facials. The setup was adorable and very kid-friendly. I highly recommend having your child’s birthday party here! The cherry on top was how accommodating the staff was. They were respectful when parents preferred certain nail polish options, and they were patient when a child needed sunblock applied for comfort. They answered every question with care and even asked clarifying questions to make sure both the children and the parents felt comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! After this experience, I think it would be wonderful if they added nail painting or some type of kids’ spa service to their regular offerings — the little ones absolutely loved it!
