Fit Factory is a great gym that is open and welcoming to everyone. The coaches are all top notch and can help you scale any workout to your skill level. The workouts are varied and challenging. Best of all is the community. It’s the reason I’ve been a member for ten years now.

Joined after getting a free trial month from a friend and long time gym member and couldn't be more glad I did! Absolutely love all the coaches but Jess' AM classes are an amazing way to start the day, workouts are fun and challenging without feeling repetitive, location is prime. Couldn't be happier!

I held a workout this past weekend at Fit Factory... and wow... this space... the owner... everything... could not have been a more pleasant experience! Seriously- this gym was incredible, clean, and Jonny made everything go as smooth as possible. The people from the Fit Factory community were awesome as well. I would HIGHLY recommend checking this gym out if you are in the area. Cannot say enough good things about this place!

A must-do for Nashville locals and tourists alike, Fit Factory is, quite frankly, a workout experience unlike any other. From the moment you enter, you’re greeted and treated like family. Exercise guidance and instruction is world class and the results are second to none. From the top down, the staff is genuine, sincere, and invested in the success of its members (and out of town visitors like me). Special shout out to Coaches JT and Jess for consistently providing the motivation, encouragement, and support to get the most out of every workout and for always maintaining a positive and welcoming environment. I highly, highly, highly recommend Fit Factory to anyone and everyone—of all fitness levels—looking for an equally effective and enjoyable workout experience. You won’t regret it!
