I've had the pleasure of working with Mark at Fitness Resources for over 2 years. I was initially referred to him to aid my recovery from spinal surgery following completion of physical therapy. Mark is incredibly knowledgeable about the physiology of the issues I'm having and recommends a diverse array of exercises with no two sessions ever feeling the same. In the gym, he is punctual, efficient, and moves quickly from one exercise to the next, somehow knowing the right amount of weight to hand you every time. He's always friendly and easy to talk to, and tailors the intensity and focus of our sessions to what I need. The gym itself well-maintained, spacious, and no-frills. It is never over-crowded and there is never a wait for the machine or station we need. I always have a great experience with Mark and definitely recommend!
