Our car was hit by a U-Haul van while parked on the street in our neighborhood. Our left front end was damaged. When looking at repair shops in and out of the insurance company’s network I found that Fix Auto Chicago had a high rating compared to other options around. The reviews and high ratings are what made me choose Fix Auto Chicago. Hernan and Denise were both super helpful and friendly over the phone and in person! They made what was a stressful situation so much easier to navigate. Hernan was helpful in getting me scheduled while Denise was out. Denise followed up when she returned and made sure I had been taken care of. Denise was helpful in getting the rental service to come pick me up after I had dropped off the car for repairs. Hernan was very attentive to details on the car from beginning to end. He walked me around to explain the damage and state of the car before repairs and walked me through the repairs after the work had been completed! Hernan accommodated my request to call me and discuss parts options once they were ready to be ordered. The team discussed out pocket costs for things that might not be covered by insurance if I opted for OEM parts so I could make an informed decision. I was provided with text communications throughout the entirety of the repairs. I picked up the car recently, 11/13/25. The quality of the work is amazing! Can’t tell anything happened to the car. The work speaks for itself. I was nervous at first as this was the first time I have ever needed to have my car fixed due to body damage. From drop off to pick up, my experience was great! Seeing the finished repairs made me very thankful I had chosen Fix Auto Chicago. The reviews are true, the team at the Fullerton Fix Auto Chicago is amazing! I would use them again if the need arose!
