Had my screen replaced here and it turned out to be defective. Aside from it freezing, scrolling on its own and switching apps by itself… the screen just fell out one day as I picked my phone up! I brought it back in as soon as I was able to which was about 6 weeks later. The guy that fixed couldn’t believe that the screen just fell out and thought I broke it. I explained to him what happened and reminded him that I called to report the freezing issue a week after but could not come back sooner. He said he could not warranty it. I said ok I’ll pay for it but I need it fixed. I’m an honest person and the phone is worth to me more than the money or wasting time arguing. I left it there and came back a few hours later. He fixed my screen and said no charge. I’m not sure what happened but I think he figured out that the screen was defective and didn’t charge me again. The whole interaction and service was polite and cordial with no attitude. This review is not about the money or services but the fact that they honored the warranty and replaced it even though it was a manufacturer defect. That says a lot about a business and their integrity. I’ll be back for all my repairs and be sure to recommend them.

Fixed a bent tablet charge connector. This was fixed in the time frame promised and at the quoted rate. Great staff!

Trustworthy experience. They ran a brief diagnostic and explained why I might not want to undergo the expense of trying to repair the phone. I appreciate that they didn't charge me only to find later it wasn't worthwhile.

While a combo mobile fixing shop/bike dealer is a little odd, these guys are GREAT! They are honest, timely, and most importantly they stand behind their work. In addition, their price for a Samsung screen replacement was half of what I paid in Sanra Clara.

Fixed my wife's cellphone, worked great until we needed to replace the screen again and discovered that Fix My Phone SF used superglue to hold the screen in when they did the replacement, not the typical double sided adhesive. So now the simple screen replacement she needs requires replacement of the midframe too because of how much superglue Fix My Phone SF used. The techs at the second store were appalled anyone would use superglue, let alone this much. Clearly shortcuts were taken. Upside - the new screen worked after Fix My Phone SF replaced it. Downside - it took longer than expected and they cheaped out on the repair which is now costing me more down the line.
