Freezing and reasonably priced to enter and eat. They have a small toddler bit then the main area. Also a Lazer tag my kids loved it here after being invited to a party.

Had my son's 6th birthday party here, 20 children of mixed ages and all had an amazing time, special thanks to Daisy who looked after us and made sure the kids were having the best time. Lots of staff on hand around the arena all very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

A child was stuck in the apparatus for over an hour. During this time a quarter of the park was closed off and a significant number of paramedics, the fire service and search and rescue team arrived to treat and release the individual. This included four fire engines and two ambulances! All of this was whilst the park remained OPEN! My children were frightened and nervous that the equipment was unsafe. The staff didn’t communicate and told me that it would ‘cost too much to refund everyone, if they were to close the park! ‘ Staff are more concerned re profit than safety! Avoid!! There are plenty of other play centres where they actually care about the experience of the children and they’re safe!

First time there & the last one (hopefully) It's good for the kids because they only want to play all day long thats about it. BUT IN TERMS OF HYGIENE is horrible!! Everywhere you go it smells a wet dog. Amount of dust, rubbish, bottles, used socks etc everywhere you go and even worse if you go where is less light..its just piles & piles or accumulated dust.. Staff seems the same age as the kids playing around you..food is just absolutely basic stuff out of microwave.

Lots of fun for kids. Pet peeve for me is charging for adults to supervise, even though I spent several hundred pounds on the event itself and almost £100 on site (café and arcade). I should not then have to pay (even a nominal fee) to enter as guardian when not using the equipment. In terms of the arena itself, the children report it is the best of it's kind with lots of bouncing/play space with fun features such as basketball and slides. It wasn't very clean when we went, with lots of vacant tables in the café area that hadn't been cleared. It was a shame this site didn't offer a blue light discount whereas other 'Flip Out' venues do. Overall, I'd recommend.
